LiveProStudio provides professional live streaming and recording software. The Service includes:

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.
LiveProStudio is offered at $179/month per studio license. Pricing is subject to change with 30 days' notice.
We offer a 7-day free trial. No credit card is required to start your trial. After the trial period, you will be charged $179/month unless you cancel before the trial ends.
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Payments are processed through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use LiveProStudio for your personal or commercial streaming purposes.
Each studio license allows unlimited device activations. You may use the software on as many devices as needed, but only you (or members of your organization) may use it.

The Service, including all software, features, and functionality, is owned by LiveProStudio and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for our licensing and authentication services. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.
We may update the Service from time to time. Some updates may be automatic, while others may require your action. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LIVEPROSTUDIO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service for violation of these Terms or for any other reason. Upon termination, your license to use the Service immediately ceases.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which LiveProStudio operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such notice constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
